Since 2014, we have offered 1-on-1 personal training, small group coaching, and online personal training. We aren’t like other trainers. Fitness didn’t always come easy, so we know the struggle. While we have worked with competitive bodybuilders, future powerlifters, and general population clients, we specialize in helping people who want to know the “why.” The people who ask questions. Who want a program designed for them and their specific goals and needs, not one created for the masses.

I had been going to the gym for about 8 years before I met Andrew, and had little results. For years I had severe headaches, neck pain, and fatigue that prevented me from doing daily activities, let alone being able to properly work out or run. From the get go Andrew and I set out to accomplish 3 goals: strength, weight loss, and the ability to go from struggling to run a 5K to running a half marathon. In the 3+ years I have gained strength and confidence while losing over 20lbs and 7 inches. Since working out with Andrew I have improved my 5k times and ran four half marathons under 2 hrs. With proper nutrition coaching, and a new knowledge of my body, how it works, and how to care for it, my headaches have all but disappeared, and there is no neck pain or fatigue to get in the way of me reaching my goals. He has always personalized and customized my workouts for me and my goals. I never felt like just another client. Andrew is truly invested in my success and helping me to become a healthier and more active person. I am now stronger, healthier, and in better shape than I was in high school. He has turned a non-runner into a half-marathoner and the “chore” of going to the gym into a true lifestyle change.  His help does not stop at the end of our sessions, he is always available to answer questions, root on successes, and work through setbacks"

"I have struggled with being overweight my entire adult life. When I made the decision in December of 2014 to take control of my life and work on becoming healthier, I did so with trepidation. Diets and exercise programs have never been successful for me. I was not convinced that it would work this time, even with a personal trainer.
