That’s me from college, about 10 years ago. I was good at a few things in college. Pickleball, playing in a Rap/Rock band, and eating.

I decided I had to change. For my mental & physical health. The next five years were dedicated to my goals and learning how to lose weight and get muscular for me. My last five have been dedicated to helping others do it for them!

Now

I’m still good at eating, it’s just a little less now. I’m also good at a few new things, the main one is helping people see results in the gym again.

I have been a certified personal trainer since 2013 and helping others in their quest for fitness has been my full time career since 2014. There is nothing better than helping others achieve their goals. (Except puppies. I mean c’mon. Click for cuteness.)

Our Mission

I started Royalty Performance to help other people, who, like me, wanted to get into the best shape of their lives, but may have gotten lost along the way. Whether that be from a lack of motivation, stagnation in the gym, or simply being overwhelmed by the B.S. that permeates the health and fitness realm from every direction. We are not here to do the work for you, but we are here to guide you to the most optimal path forward. Like a guide up Mt. Everest, a fitness sherpa if you will.

We look at you. Your past successes and failures in fitness. It’s ok, we all have them; no one is perfect. We look at your life and your goals. The wants and needs that will give you the best chance of staying on track and seeing long term success. There is no 10 week challenges, or summer shreds here. Just principled plans developed through research and helping hundreds of people over the last 5+ years.
